NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) – Newly released numbers show that Massachusetts reported the highest rate of abused and neglected children in the nation.The state reported 31,863 children that were victims of abuse or neglect to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for the fiscal year 2014. That works out to about 22 victims per 1,000 children.
My Comment: Very few of these children are actually abused or neglected. CPS has a knack for railroading innocent parent's for absurd and even fraudulent reasons. And it's not just in Mass. It's Nationwide. Follow the Money!
