The perception about foster homes, being a safe haven for the children in the Capital, seems to have altered, as the Delhi Police have recently busted a trafficking rackets connected to such homes.
In a recent crackdown in north-west Delhi, nine people have been arrested in this regard including two women. An infant was also rescued during the operation.
