In Remembrance of Brielle Eternity Gage-R.I.P. Little Angel

This is a picture of Brielle and her Daddy, who was fighting for custody of his little girl.

Another child in Nashua has died, "allegedly" by abuse while under the "watchful" eyes of Nashua DCYF.  See:

Nashua Police Investigating Death of a Child on Oak Street

Her name is Brielle Eternity Gage, age 3.
The Medical Examiner's Report has determined the cause of this precious little Angel's death is "Blunt Force Trauma".  See:

Medical Examiner: Nashua Girl Died from 'Blunt Force Trauma'

I, like so many other's, have many question's as to her death. Why did this happen? How could this happen? How could anyone do such harm to an innocent little child?
How in God's name could Nashua DCYF screw up so badly as to put this little girl and her four other siblings back into a home where Criminal Abuse charges are pending against Brielle's Mother and her Mother's boyfriend for  the "alleged" physical abuse of a young sibling?? They are both facing second degree assault charges. See:

Two Charged with Abusing 8-year-old

From what I've read, they were to go on trial this month.
What I really don't understand is how DCYF could return the children to the Mother, when Criminal charges of assault against the sibling are pending? These are serious charges. A child suffered physical harm, "allegedly" in this same home.
NH DCYF's Lorraine Bartlett, interviewed by WMUR, stated it was the Judge who returned the children. That DCYF had no say. (Sorry, still looking for this link.)  That's rather odd considering I and my family were told by Nashua DCYF caseworker's and a DCYF Attorney that the Judges have no say. That it's up to DCYF if a child is ever returned. Again, DCYF doesn't want to take the blame. I was told by them I was in "denial". So who's in "denial" now? I also read Judge Ryan of Nashua was on the case and he stated Nashua DCYF screwed up the paperwork, therefore the children were sent home.
Another Nashua Mother, went to Southern NH Regional Medical Center with her 3 year old daughter. She was "accused", of driving while intoxicated with her daughter in the car, which was never proven. She was stopped inside the Hospital after her daughter walked down three steps, not holding her Mother's hand. The Mother was charged with belligerent behavior because she wasn't allowed to leave the Hospital. She was later charged with child endangerment for driving intoxicated with her child in the car. Still never proven. Lab report's from the Hospital turned up almost six months later, showing No Alcohol and the Criminal charges were dropped in Criminal Court, yet the same Judge who dropped them in Criminal Court refused to drop them in Family Court,(Judge Bamberger). Her children were never returned. Her son ILLEGALLY adopted, while ALL Family member's were refused custody.
I just have to ask, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STATE?  A child is brutally beaten in Nashua. He and a sibling were placed in Foster care and then returned home? First off, why weren't ALL five children removed and placed in Foster care? Why were they returned with criminal charges pending? What is wrong with this picture?  This innocent little girl did NOT have to die. DCYF removes children from innocent families and leaves the truly abused in homes suffering.
I just don't get it. And this isn't the first child who has died in Nashua while under the "watchful" eyes of DCYF. Will Nashua DCYF EVER get it right?
