State child-protection investigators can’t be expected to predict the future, but they should be able to protect children when there is a history of abuse and neglect.
Comment: That's funny, because Nashua, NH DCYF think they can predict the future and steal children all the time for "anticipated" Neglect in the Future and the Family Court Judges go right along with them.
