NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -
The state has released a new audit showing that the agency that oversees child welfare is suffering from higher caseloads and turnover.The legislative audit found that in many cases, the Office of Child and Family Services did not meet its own requirements, and at least one caseworker said it is putting children at risk.
