Pain Killer Addiction in New Hampshire

An article was printed in the local newspaper this morning regarding pain killer addiction in NH. I felt the the inalienable need to approach this subject after receiving an Anonymous message from someone who cares about the addicted people of NH.
See the article at the link below:
Addiction to strong narcotic pain-killers killing  more

http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/news/988679-469/addiction-to-strong-narcotic-pain-killers-killing-more.html

Aren't the Doctor's in NH responsible for this epidemic? Should they be prescribing large amounts of painkillers to anyone? Shouldn't they be looking for the problem causing the pain instead of just masking the symptoms?
Because the  prescription monitoring program went into effect in 2012, signed by Governor Lynch, does that let these Doctor's off the hook?
Isn't it then the Doctor's responsibility  to help the patient kick the addiction she/he helped to create? Then Why does the Doctor  leave the addicted patient to fend for his/herself, after begging for help? After not fixing the mess he/she created? Why does the Doctor  make it impossible to obtain help elsewhere?
My take on this one: The Doctor know's he/she is at fault and is afraid of losing his/her medical license. He/she want's to save his/her own butt.
So now that the addicted patient has nowhere to turn, what happens next?
So what's left for the Patient? Where do they  turn? Most likely, the streets.
There aren't enough substance abuse programs in NH   and the Doctor's prescribing these large doses of pain killers need to be held responsible for their actions.
I've come across so many people in NH, now addicted to pain killer's it's sickening.
NH Doctor's have created this problem, not only for their newly addicted patients, but for their families as well.
So what will our new Governor do to remedy Addiction in NH? And what if anything will happen to the Doctor's responsible for Pain Killer Addiction?

If Child Protective Services had its way, 5-year-old Katelynn Allen wouldn't be with her grandmother right now. Neither would her 6-year-old brother Elisha.
CPS wanted them to be adopted by non-relatives.

Note: Anyone who reads my blog, must remember my mention of the "Infamous" Judge LeFrancois. How could you not remember? He's the Judge who denied my daughter's admittance of evidence proving innocence, even after Criminal charges were dropped. He also denied the Motion to dismiss all charges and return her children, furthering DCYF's and CASA's agenda to make sure the children were never returned!
More fraud to add to his belt!

My New Years Resolution-Please Join Me

Please join me in my New Years Resolution to put an end to Title IV funding! This funding comes from OUR Social Security we've paid in all these years and is used to reward the States for the kidnapping of our children, fostered out by stranger's and adopted. The more children stolen, the heftier reward. Title IV funding is the incentive to steal our children. Why is there NO incentive to keep families together?
Please join me in fighting for Title IV funding's demise!
Our children are NOT FOR SALE!

SSRIs can make kids killers

SSRIs can make kids killers:

How does one stop this stupidity? We are all blaming the guns. Yet three years ago Dr. Phil lamented on his show that 15 million American children were diagnosed as mentally ill and being prescribed drugs. Fifteen million and counting. It also was reported that schools were rewarded for identifying behaviour patterns that led to a successful mental illness diagnosis and prescription.

Appellate Court Says Family Court Can Overrule Criminal Court in Matters Pertaining to Welfare of Children

Appellate Court Says Family Court Can Overrule Criminal Court in Matters Pertaining to Welfare of Children - JD Journal | JD Journal:

On Wednesday, in a unanimous decision, the Appellate Division, Second Department ruled that a family court may override a criminal order of protection if that order includes a clause making the order subject to future amendment.

Following the order of the family court, both the mother and the children appealed separately. While the appeal was pending, the mother moved the criminal court successfully to have the order barring her from contact with her son removed. Following deletion of the bar by the criminal court, the family court granted custody of the children to their mother.

STUDENT'S FATHER 12 YEARS LATER !!

STUDENT'S FATHER 12 YEARS LATER !!
Guess our national leaders didn't expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton , Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.

They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.

"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.

"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,

You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.

And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge.. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!
My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"
- Darrell Scott

As you know, our children and grandchildren are being forcibly removed from their biological homes, due to frivolous reasons and false allegations. There are definitely a FEW children out there that ARE being abused and/or neglected, but nowhere near as many as the Public is being told.
Family Preservation is NOT the norm these days. Destroying families is. Foster strangers who take in our stolen children claim they "Love" our children. Do they honestly "love" our children, or would they have even considered taking in our children if they weren't being rewarded by our Government? How many of our children would be in Foster care right now and eventually adopted? Not too many. I'm sure there are "some" Foster and adoptive strangers who love our children, but not too many. How many will take in our children if they're not being paid to do so? Not many. How many of our children will be thrown out like yesterdays trash and returned to their falsely accused families if the blood money incentives are stopped? All of them I hope.
If our Government would help biological families with just a smidgeon of what they do for Foster and Adoptive strangers, there wouldn't be a need for Foster care, forced Adoption and the needless destruction of our families. The blood money incentives must STOP. People should NOT be paid to raise our children! What does the Government do for biologial families? NOTHING!
Please click on the above link and OPPOSE this Bill. Write to ALL Senator's and tell them to OPPOSE this Bill. This Bill only harms our biological families. Why should our children and families suffer needlessly?
Why not support biological families for a change, instead of treating these families like the enemy? We need Family Preservation, NOT Family Destruction! Our children are NOT For Sale!

Speak Up with Kevin Avard-Guests Jim Miller - Josh Youssef NH DCYF and Family court Corruption

Christmas Without the Grandchildren

Another Christmas without Austin, Ally and Isabella. So much time lost due to corruption and fraud in the  New Hampshire Family Court's, who let the accountable to no-one DCYF pull their strings.
Austin and Ally were always excited spending Christmas with their Mother, Aunt and grandparents. The four people who did everything for them. The four people who always made Christmas so special. A  huge loss for us all, seemingly worse than death. At least in death, there is closure. There is no closure when children are taken and kept from you. Always worrying if they're okay, hoping they're safe and wondering if they miss you as much as you miss them.
As for Isabella, we never even got the chance to spend even one Christmas with her. Stolen right from the Hospital after birth, due to more fraud by DCYF's cohort Hospital, DCYF and the Family Court. Never considered for relative placement. Told "Relative placement is NOT an option". Never allowed to visit. Slandered by DCYF, yet promised by the Foster strangers we would become good friends, until DCYF made up more lies.
The grandparents who took care of Isabella's sickly mother during her pregnancy. The grandmother who helped deliver Isabella, never allowed to see her granddaughter again. Her Mother, never allowed to see her on Christmas either and told by the Judge the Foster stranger's could take her out of State to be with their relatives on Christmas. Told by the same Judge it didn't matter what the Mother wanted, he would court order it any way and he did.
So here we are, Christmas 2012. Austin supposedly adopted by stranger's, illegally. Ally in her fathers custody, who has refused to follow court orders for visitation since 2008 and Isabella, illegally stolen and illegally adopted by Foster strangers, who are no better than Nashua DCYF or the Family Court.
Maybe 2013 will be the year ALL of the corruption and fraud will be uncovered. God know's I won't ever stop warning the public. After all, their children could be next on the Auction block. All it takes is just one false report to rip your world apart.
Maybe 2013 will bring the grandchildren home. Home where the State doesn't pay relatives to raise their own. Home where the children are loved just for being themselves. Home with their REAL Family who love them unconditionally.
To all the families out there missing their children and grandchildren today due to DCYF and Family Court corruption, have a special Christmas and know that we ARE being heard and our children WILL come home.
 Love, Unhappy Grammy

Does Our Government REALLY Want to Protect Our Children? All Our Children?

In the wake of the Newtown, Ct. shootings and deaths of so many innocent children and adults at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, controversy has arisen Nationwide as to the banning of guns.

Will the banning of guns REALLY protect our children? Does our Government REALLY think banning guns will stop psychos and criminals from committing such ludicrous acts against our children or anyone else for that matter? Do they honestly think psychos and criminals will be lining up turning over their guns? No way! It will NEVER happen! And how would we protect ourselves from these psychos and criminals who refused to turn over their guns?

Maybe our Government should address the mental health system.  It’s the person behind the weapon that commits these horrendous acts of violence. If not with a gun, than by some other means.

Was it REALLY a good idea to cut the budget for mental health care?

Was it REALLY a good idea to mainstream children with mental health issues into the public school system?   To have them bullied and chastised by others?

Is it REALLY a good idea to be pushing psychotropic drugs on our children? Any children? Especially children taken from their parents, placed in Foster care and adopted into strange families, traumatizing them for life?  Causing them needless mental health issues?

Our Government talks about protecting our children, yet take children from innocent families every day. Traumatizing them, drugging them and causing them to have mental health issues. If they REALLY want to protect our children, STOP rewarding CPS/DCYF with blood money for our stolen children!   Stop traumatizing our children! Stop turning our children into  psychos!

You can’t have it both ways. If our Government wants to REALLY protect our children, PROTECT ALL of them!  Banning guns is NOT the answer!

In Defense of Redress of Grievences-NH

In Defense of Redress of Grievences:

Testimony before House Rules Committee on removal of the Redress of Grievances Committee from the rules
by Representative George Lambert® - Hillsborough 44 / Manchester, Litchfield
“Redress of Grievances” is unfamiliar to many citizens today and often considered by some to be an outdated concept, but it was a staple of the principals and intention of government when this nation was founded. Many people today believe that the purpose of the legislature is to make law, but that is not the original intent, the purpose was to meet to Redress of public Grievances and THEN to make to make laws as the public good may require.
That purpose is clearly stated in the 1 line of the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire that is titled Meetings of the Legislature, for What Purposes [1] The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances.
AND for making such laws as the public good may require. Clearly under Article 31 the first defined role of this legislature is to assemble for the redress of public grievances.  By not including a body directly accountable to the people for hearing their grievances we defile that very purpose of this body as defined in the constitution.
The ability for the people to have direct access to the form and function of government is more critical in this modern age than ever before. The people have an unprecedented ability to witness and participate in the government that dictates the day to day rules in their lives. More than ever before the people can make direct correlations between the procedures and the actions of government and the day to day impact of those acts and procedures.
These people have a direct responsibility in our constitution their requirement is to hold us, those in power responsible for the preservation of their public liberty. “whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind[2]. and yet we are here discussing rules to remove their direct access to request redress when they believe that the ends of government have become perverted and that public liberty is manifestly endangered?
The internal practices and procedures of the legislative process tend to exclude participation of the general public. The public are often ill-equipped to navigate the complex maze of the legislative process implemented by our own rules. Today that public are no longer ignoring the details of that process. Laws with unintended consequence are the direct result of the subtle compromise required for a functional republic. There are people in this state who have fallen through the cracks as a direct result of our public policy and procedure. Yet our committee and  hearing processes favor the expert testimony of the our appointed agents, rather than the pleas for assistance from our most frustrated constituents who have for decades felt disregarded until the reestablishment of a committee of redress of Grievances.
History has repeatedly demonstrated that very nature of Government no matter how well intentioned in principle tends to be flawed in execution.  From the time of the founding of the State of New Hampshire the people have held one fundamental truth. The government must be accountable to the people, while dealing with the challengers of the administration of government.  This delicate balancing act often still leaves the voice of the people out of the equation. This dilemma is as old as government itself and was highlighted in the founding document of this nation, the Declaration of Independence which states  “In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”
Without a direct venue for the the people to freely petition their government for Redress of the Grievances,  we as the legislative body of the State of New Hampshire risk ascending to the role of Tyrant contrary to the very constitution that we swore to uphold and protect.
The power granted to this legislature is delegated to us by the consent of the people and was explicitly granted in Article 8 and described as therein as “all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive.[3]”
“All government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good”[4] according to Article 1. The rights of those citizens are enshrined for posterity in Article 2 as “All men have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights - among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness.” [5] The Compromise of society is described in Article 3 “When men enter into a state of society, they surrender up some of their natural rights to that society, in order to ensure the protection of others; and, without such an equivalent, the surrender is void.” [6]
When “Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community” [7] fail to protect their interests, we leave them but one choice and a responsibility to repair or replace it.   Article 10 says “whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.” [8].
Shall we leave the public no option but to conclude that their voice has been displaced by arbitrary power?  That we as a body have become willful conspirators in the oppression of their ability to voice their demands for Redress of Grievances by dismantling their direct venue for the demands of Grievance?

[1][Art.] 31. [Meetings of Legislature, for What Purposes.] The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require.
[2] [Art.] 10. [Right of Revolution.] Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.
[3] [Art.] 8. [Accountability of Magistrates and Officers; Public’s Right to Know.] All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive. To that end, the public’s right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted.
[4] Article 1. [Equality of Men; Origin and Object of Government.] All men are born equally free and independent; therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good.
[5] [Art.] 2. [Natural Rights.] All men have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights - among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state on account of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
[6] [Art.] 3. [Society, its Organization and Purposes.] When men enter into a state of society, they surrender up some of their natural rights to that society, in order to ensure the protection of others; and, without such an equivalent, the surrender is void.
[7] [Art.] 10.

I did my tour of duty in New Hampshire as NAACP Legal Chair and Citizen-at-Large, winning several First Amendment battles and earning a Mayoral Commendation from the longest-sitting member of the Governor's Executive Council. I will say this: So much of what I learned in law school is complete hogwash when it comes to how the courts and government really operate and I am not afraid to publicly say it. The amount of lies, deceit and outright corruption on the mortgage side and in family courts is enough to make you sick. And who is behind this nonsense? Democrat Teri Norelli, whom I sued a few years back to uncover information about how North Country's Martha McLeod tried to railroad HB 1428 "Bruce McKay Highway" through without telling anyone. We prevailed again against SB 154, all of which is linked herein

NH Redress Grievance Committee May End

Today-Thursday December 20th, 2012 at 2 PM in the LOB Building-Room 301 in Concord, the Rules Committee will conduct a hearing. Under Speaker Teri Norelli and the Democratic Legislature, the plan is to Quash the Redress Grievance Committee.
Please make your voices heard, Loud and Clear that ending the Redress Grievance Committee would be a grave injustice to each and every one of us. If you can't be there, make call's, send e-mails, do something. Don't let the State of New Hampshire take away our right of Redress!

Our Constitution gives "We the People" the right to Redress our Grievances, per Articles 31 and 32.
We were finally permitted that right by former Speaker of the House Bill O'Brien. Mr. O'Brien is a man who keeps his word and has fought tirelessly for the people of New Hampshire. He is responsible for making the Redress Grievance Committee a model for all other States to follow. Making New Hampshire first in the Nation to allow Redress to all the people unjustly accused in one way or another, by the unethical actions of the New Hampshire Judicial System and the notorious DCYF.

Now the Rules Committee plans on ending the Redress Committee, where none of us will get the justice we deserve and have waited so long for. The Redress Grievance Committee is our only hope in rectifying all of the injustice so many of us have suffered at the hands of the Court's and DCYF. To end the Committee would only make the same abuses keep happening. More and more of the people of New Hampshire will suffer, including our children. Innocent children suffering at the hands of the State.

We must fight to keep the Committee alive. This is Our Constitutional right! To keep the Redress Committee fighting for us. God knows no-one else has fought for us and I sincerely doubt they ever will. Many of our Petitions have been Founded, including one from my daughter. Will my grandchildren EVER be returned?  So what happens now? Many of us have proven innocence, but still railroaded by DCYF and the Courts. How do we reverse the harm we've already suffered? Without the Redress Committee there is no chance in ever rectifying the damage already done. We will NEVER get Justice!

Where do we go from here? Will our children finally be returned? Will new laws be enacted to stop the abuses we've suffered from happening to anyone else. Ending the Redress Committee will surely push New Hampshire backward. Shouldn't we be proud that New Hampshire's Redress Committee has become well known all over the Country, making other States want to follow in our footsteps?

Libor scandal grows as the fathers of two mass murderers were to testify

OpEdNews - Quicklink: Libor scandal grows as the fathers of two mass murderers were to testify:

In the wake of the mass murders that took place in Newtown, Connecticut on Dec. 14, information on the shooter, and his family, is slowly being discovered by law enforcement other sources. One interesting connection to the tragedy that took place at the Sandy Hook school is that the father of Adam Lanza has a connection to the theater shootings that took place in Aurora earlier this year by James Holmes. Both fathers of the shooters were allegedly expected to testify in the Libor scandal that rocked the banking world in June.

Breggin insisted there has been overwhelming scientific evidence for decades correlating psychiatrically prescribed drugs with violence.

NEW YORK – From the moment news emerged Friday that a young man had carried out a horrific massacre of elementary-school children, politicians from local city halls to the White House have been restoking the age-old push for more gun control. While guns have been a common denominator in mass slayings at schools by teens, there’s another familiar element that seems increasingly to be minimized.

'I Am Adam Lanza's Mother': A Mom's Perspective On The Mental Illness Conversation In America

'I Am Adam Lanza's Mother': A Mom's Perspective On The Mental Illness Conversation In America:

Friday’s horrific national tragedy -- the murder of 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut -- has ignited a new discussion on violence in America. In kitchens and coffee shops across the country, we tearfully debate the many faces of violence in America: gun culture, media violence, lack of mental health services, overt and covert wars abroad, religion, politics and the way we raise our children. Liza Long, a writer based in Boise, says it’s easy to talk about guns. But it’s time to talk about mental illness.
