NH House Committee trying to subpoena confidential custody records

NH INSIDER- Your Source for NH Politics - Press Releases - NHDP - ICYMI: House Committee trying to subpoena confidential custody records:

Subpoena power

The House Redress of Grievances Committee decided to try out its new subpoena power last week.

On Thursday, the committee, which was resurrected by O'Brien for the 2011-12 legislative session to hear complaints from citizens, voted to subpoena "sealed records" in the case of David Johnson, who has long fought for custody of his daughter.

  1. One of the most important pieces of legislation currently being considered, in my opinion, is CACR 26. The Legislature MUST reign in the family courts, which have been steadily and rapidly running amok since 1978, when rule-making power was given to the courts. It is essential that CACR 26 is appealed, and the Redress of Grievances Committee is able to do its work. The courts don't answer to anyone, and DCYF is currently able to literally make up rules as they go, turn around and not follow them, and then have endless free legal representation from their attorneys, including the Attorney General.

The only problem with the Redress of Grievances Committee is the Democrats, who unilaterally refuse to acknowledge this rampant abuse of power, even with proof in hand.

    1. I totally agree with you. CACR 26 must be repealed. As you can see by my blog, I and my family have also been abused by the Corrupt DCYF and the Family Court. Evidence proving innocence was never admitted into court, because the Court makes up it's own rules.
I commend Speaker O'Brien and the Redress Committee on the work they are doing. I am ecstatic that they now have subpoena power. Just as David Johnsons record's were sealed, my daughter's were also after we filed a complaint with the Attorney Discipline office against DCYF Atty. Kate McClure for lying to the Judge. Even before the complaint was filed, we filed motion's several times for the Court CD of my daughter's Preliminary hearing, where Kate McClure told Judge Leary my grandchildren were being sexually abused in my home by their estranged father. Two week's before the hearing, it was proven to be a false report and the case was supposed to have been closed by CPSW Tracy Roukie and signed off by Supervisor Tracey Gubbins. Also, the report NEVER stated where the SUPPOSED abuse took place. My daughter told them it was a lie, but it didn't matter. Hearsay without proof was used to slander and degrade my family. We were never allowed custody of our newborn granddaughter Isabella, even though the case against my older daughter's husband was closed unfounded. Our motions were denied every time. Kate McClures dirty little secret has been kept hidden since Sept. 26, 2005, our granddaughter illegally adopted by stranger's.
We also were denied custody of our six year old grandson Austin, taken from our home and drugged after trying to hang himself, because Atty. Darrin Hood-Tucker didn't want him in our home because because I've been fighting for justice ever since the kidnapping of Isabella. All it takes is one false report to ruin an innocent family's lives. It sure has ruined our's. Grandparent's who never had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rogue DCYF and the rogue NH Family Court's. Forced into a never-ending nightmare they had nothing to do with.
So now because of the Redress Committee, DCYF's dirty little secret that ruined my family will be exposed.
And no, the court's don't answer to anyone and neither does DCYF. In fact, the Family Court Judges are puppet's for DCYF. Anything DCYF say's, goes. And DCYF will tell us that to our faces. "It's not up to the Judge if you get your child back. He has no say. It's up to me."
And you're also right about the Democrat's. The proof is right in front of them but they refuse to open their eyes to the fraud and corruption the NH families suffer at the hands of DCYF and the Family Court's.
CACR 26 must be repealed! Thank you Speaker O'Brien and the Redress Grievance Committee. You are a true Godsend!
