A Republic foster parent is charged with molesting the children he was trusted to care for. Two different children say Mark D. O’Brien abused them while they lived with him at his home on Maple Avenue in Republic.

    I met Mark Obrien over the last few months while he worked at TeleTech. He seemed like a nice guy. It only goes to show that doesn't matter how nice you seem, you can always be a scumbag child molester that should die an awful death. I'm sick to my stomache over this. Rot in hell Mark!

      How dare you!!!!!!! Seriously? Your one of those stupid uneducated hillbilly that believes everything you see on tv????? Nice!!! How bout you go back to your life and wait for the judge to see the evidence that they DONT have:)))) ohhh and these 2 kids have already confessed to lying..so remember this when he's found not guilty...and telling someone to rot in hell-Remember GOD loves YOU!! And he loves Mark O'Brien:)))

    Anyone can accuse anyone of anything. Frankly I could as a kid go and say you molested me and make up elaborate stories and the police can issue a warrant to search your house and arrest you based on accusations. He hasn't been proven guilty of anything that is on the news or otherwise. So before you cast your stones maybe you need some background on the kids doing the accusing.

      Yes, you're right. It's supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, but this is how it works these day's. Just ask any parent who has lost their children to the state. Even when they're proven innocent, they are STILL considered guilty by the state and their children are STILL never returned. Welcome to the New World!
