SICK! DCFS and CPS are an extremely corrupt agency that takes children from low income home through lies and deception for Federal money! It happened to me - the "failure to protect" and "too mentally ill to cope" my kids were labeled "mentally ill" All lies and all for money.
ReplyDeleteI was able to hire my own attorney for 15k and got out of the system and moved out of State! They didn't get my kids only because I could pay to fight back!
You are one of the very few to beat them, but they ARE going down. I'm extremely happy for you and your family! You were also extremely lucky to find a good Lawyer. Not many of them put up a fight. Good Luck!
