Sorry everyone, but it seem's DCYF is at it again. This video is now private, or probably removed completely, by DCYF I surmise. We all know they have MUCH to hide. They mustn't let their dirty little secret's come out. They just MIGHT be held accountable!
Executive Counsel Patricia Hessler violates Public Records laws and prohibits Nicholas Alahverdian from obtaining his DCYF records while the DCYF administration destroys records that prove abuse and neglect under a legal loophole in the Rhode Island General Laws under § 40-11-13.1

DCYF prides themselves on helping children have good lives free of abuse but yet they cause more abuse on these children than anyone else in this world! DCYF ruins lives, takes kids from good homes and leaves kids in bad homes!! THEN what do they do, they destory the records of it ever hapening...My father was sentenced from dcyf in 1992 and now here it is 2012 and they are recharging him with the same crime he already served because DCYF conviently doesnt have any records of what he was sentenced in 1992 but yet they have enough records from 1992 to charge him again and force him to serve out another full jail sentence...and now that it is a double jeopardy case, DCYF is saying that they have NO records from 1992!!!Fuck DCYF...Any DCYF worker that is guilty of taking children from good homes should be ashamed to be on this earth...
